Question: How many articles of clothing should I send?
Answer: It depends on the size and condition of the clothes you have! For baby and kids clothes, send 6-10; for adult sized clothing, send a minimum of 2.
Question: Where do I send the clothes?

Question: What kind of clothing works best?
Answer: Non-stretchy fabric works best like cotton shirts, denim, sheets, etc. We also work with t-shirts, onesies, etc. The most important part is that you choose clothes that mean the most to you! We will make it work. The only things we cannot use are: fur, heavyweight knits and swimwear.
Question: The clothes I have don't match! Is this ok?>/p>
Answer: Of course! It's a patchwork bear after all. Sometimes the best looking bears are the ones with crazy mis-matched fabrics and patterns.
Question: I would like to specify which clothes go on certain parts of the bear. How do I do this?
Answer: If you would like to design your bear, we recommend purchasing the GIFT KIT. This kit includes a design guide and sketch to help you communicate your ideas to us when we receive your clothes.
Question: Can I have a name or birthdate embroidered on the bear? How much does it cost?
Answer: Yes! We love to make our bears as personal as possible and that includes FREE personalization. Just add a note with the name or date you want and specify if you want it on the bear chest or foot.
Question: How long does it take to make? When can I expect to receive my finished bear?
Answer: It takes approximately 2-4 weeks to complete your bear after we receive your clothes. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and will email you tracking information when available.
